BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.YOUR CONTRACT

Your contract is with THE PROFESSIONALS.  To make a booking you are required to complete a booking form and pay the relevant deposit(s) OR, if due, pay the full balance.

THE PROFESSIONALS will arrange to provide you with the relevant services that form your Master Class confirmed to you upon receipt of full payment.

 

2. PRICES

Prices shown on promotional material and the website are subject to change at any time prior to THE PROFESSIONALS confirming your booking. Prices may increase or decrease due to changes in exchange rates, supply and demand, government taxes or errors in price calculations etc. Your price will be confirmed at the time of booking and once confirmed THE PROFESSIONALS guarantee that this price will not be subject to any surcharges or changes at a later date.

 

3. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSIT

a) Please make cheques and money orders to THE PROFESSIONALS. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by THE PROFESSIONALS in cleared funds.

b) A 25% non-refundable deposit per person and per booking is required for us to hold a Master Class session for you.

c) The deposit forms part of your final payment and should be paid in accordance with the terms detailed on the Invoice provided at time of booking. THE PROFESSIONALS reserves the right to cancel the booking if a deposit is not received by the specified date.

d) The final payment is due 30 days prior to the workshop date unless otherwise stated on your Invoice.

e) The Master Class is not confirmed until full and final payment has been received in cleared funds.

f) THE PROFESSIONALS reserves the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation charges should payments not be received within the specified dates.

 

4. CANCELLATION OF A BOOKING

Notice of cancellations must be made in writing directly to THE PROFESSIONALS.

The following scale of charges will apply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed:

8 – 14 days 75% of total price
15 – 29 days 50% of total price
30 days or more The non-refundable deposit

 

 

* Please note: The Master Class date constitutes the date indicated on the THE PROFESSIONALS confirmation letter.

 

5. IF WE CHANGE THE BOOKING

THE PROFESSIONALS cannot be held responsible for any changes to the Master Class brought about by circumstances beyond our control. However, should any such situation arise, THE PROFESSIONALS will make every effort to minimise disruption and replace with a suitable and comparable alternative.

 

6. GROUP SIZES

For Master Classes which have been quoted on minimum numbers, THE PROFESSIONALS reserves the right to make price increases, eliminate any free places or cancel the Master Class completely should the numbers fall below the minimum number on which the quotation was provided.


7. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

It is the responsibility of the Group Leader(s) to ensure that their participants are well behaved throughout the Master Class and that they are made aware of the possible consequences of any anti-social behaviour. THE PROFESSIONALS accepts no responsibility for any distress, damage, danger or annoyance caused by unreasonable conduct and reserves the right to cancel arrangements forthwith or to eject the person(s) responsible.


8. INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of all Group Leaders to have adequate insurance cover for the duration of the Master Class. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the individual. THE PROFESSIONALS holds Employers Liability Insurance for up to £10,000,000; Public Liability Insurance for up to £5,000,000 and Products Liability Insurance for up to £5,000,000. 9. SPECIAL REQUESTS

THE PROFESSIONALS must be advised in writing as soon as possible of any special requirements. Whilst every effort will be made to meet these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

 

10. DISABLED CLIENTS

THE PROFESSIONALS must be advised at time of booking of any disability and any special requirements in order to ensure that all necessary arrangements can be made.

 

11. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about any part of your Master Class, please bring it to the immediate attention of THE PROFESSIONALS and we will do our best to rectify the situation. It is unreasonable to take no action during the Master Class and then write a letter of complaint upon return. In the unlikely event that matters cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you must write to THE PROFESSIONALS within 28 days of your return, where we will fully investigate any complaint. THE PROFESSIONALS cannot accept any liability in respect of any claims made after this time.


12. WEBSITE/PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL ACCURACY

Every effort is made to ensure accuracy with promotional material. THE PROFESSIONALS cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.


13. LIABILITY

It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your Master Class. Failure to do so may result in a shorter Master Class or, in extreme cases, the Master Class being unable to take place.


14. JURISTICTION

This agreement shall be governed by English and Welsh law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
